Medium grass fed beef selection Box – $190
Contents and weights will vary slightly, but as a guideline each pack will weigh between 9.5-11.5kg and will typically contain:
- Three roasting/pot roasting joints (derived from topside, silverside and brisket)
- Four-Five packs of frying/grilling steaks (rump, sirloin, fillet and rib-eye)
- Two packs of braising steak (chuck eye, skirt and blade)
- Three packs of Stewing steak (leg, shin and lean trimmings)
- Five packs of mince (trimmings)
Large grass fed beef selection box representing great value – $340
Contents and weights will vary slightly, but as a guideline each pack will weigh between 19-23kg and will typically contain:
- Six roasting/pot roasting joints (topside, silverside and brisket)
- Eight-Ten packs of frying/grilling steaks (rump, sirloin, fillet and rib-eye)
- Four packs of Braising steak (chuck eye, skirt and blade)
- Six packs of Stewing steak (leg, shin and lean trimmings)
- Ten packs of mince (trimmings)
