Guaranteed 100% Quality Australian Beef
More About Our Company
Lauderdale Angus (LA) are breeders of high quality Aberdeen Angus cattle, commonly known as Black Angus. To date we have successfully built a commercial herd of pure Black Angus females. This has been achieved by a strict quality controlled “on farm” breeding programme supplemented by award winning genetics from a variety of areas in New South Wales and Victoria.
Our Ethos
Our ethos is simple, we strongly believe in ethical and environmentally sustainable farming practices. We strive for excellence within the Angus Breed and want to raise our cattle in a way that has minimal impact on the ecology of our properties. Eco-friendly beef is a catch cry here at LA.
Paddock to Plate
We put a lot of time and effort into breeding and raising our cattle on farm. We therefore have an innate sense of responsibility. We want LA Beef to find its way to some of the best restaurants and onto the plates of appreciative diners.
Our Beef
Our cattle are bred on the pastures of the North Coast of NSW and Southern Victoria and then fattened on the lush green pasturers of the Otway Ranges in Southern Victoria, producing highly nutritious flavoursome beef for the consumer. LA’s Grass Fed free range beef has the flavour and tenderness expected by todays high end consumers and is graded by Meat Standards Australia (MSA).
